Vinification | It is our reference wine because, it shows the local varieties, Tintorera and Monastrell, adapted to our soil and climate. Maceration and fermentation medium 20 days, reaching temperatures till 30 ° C in steel tanks. Alcoholic fermentation and malolactic occur naturally, the latter being 8 months in “French oak fudres”. |
