| Vinification | It shows the local variety, Tintorera in a perfect conjunction with our Syrah, really good adapted to our soil and climate. Maceration and fermentation medium 20 days, reaching temperatures till 30 °C in steel tanks. Alcoholic fermentation and malolactic occur naturally, the latter being in French oak fudres during 3-months. |
