Slate roofs, some pilgrims on their way to Santiago and landscapes of an incomparable beauty. This is the Bierzo , where Bodegas Estefanía is located . In this valley flanked by mountains between León, Galicia and Asturias, there are 40 hectares of vineyards Centenarians, surrounded by the silence of nature. A land marked by a continental climate, that maintains a moisture balance thanks to the Atlantic climate coming from Galicia, and the dry, originally from Castilla y León. These climates, along with its landscape and its mineral and clay soil, give birth to very special grapes: the Mencía, excellent quality grape and the Godello white grape.
