Vinification	It is a wine that represents the union of the various plots of Garnacha Tintorera from our land. It is macerated and fermented naturally in twenty days. After this, it bleeds stainless steel tanks where the malolactic fermentation, also naturally and leave with its lees to three months in the same tanks.
