Variety	60% Monastrell – 10% Cabernet Suavignon – 20% Garnacha Tintorera – 10% Petit Verdot
Yield	10 hl / ha of Monastrell, 20 hl / ha of Cabernet Sauvignon, 14 hl / ha of Garnacha Tintorera and 30 hl / ha of Petit Verdot.
EAge of Vineyards	Monastrell, 35 years old. Cabernet Sauvignon. 20 years old, Garnacha Tintorera, 30 years old. Petit Verdot, 13 years old.
Soil	Stony limestone, poor in organic matter.
Altitude	680 mts.
Harvest Season	From 12 September to 8 October 2010.
Vinification	Hand-picked harvest in boxes and subjected to a strict selection process in the cellar. Pre-fermentation cold maceration (7ºC) prior to fermentation. Macerated for 20 days with grape skins. Malolactic fermentation and then aged for 14 months in French oak wood barrels.
