Tasting | Pale yellow colour, clean and bright. A fruity bouquet highlighted by citrus and tropical fruit notes, with a background of white flowers. The initial attack on palate is fresh and silky, showcasing balance with a lingering aftertaste of delicate tropical fruits. |

Vinification | Hand-picked harvest and subjected to a strict selection process in the cellar. Destemmed, pressed and debourbage before fermentation, which is carried out in stainless steel tanks under controlled temperatures that range between 13 to 15ºC, and subsequent assemblage of the wines. |
