VinificationManual harvest. De-stemmed, followed by pressing, then chilling for 24 hours. Fermented in stainless steel tanks with indigenous yeasts at a controlled temperature

Tasting Pale onionskin. Elegant and fresh, slightly floral with notes of red berries. Light and fresh on the palate, with great acidity, balanced and with a long finish.
