Tasting	Pale yellow colour, clean and bright with a pleasant bouquet of white ripe fruit, delicate tropical hints and honey, over an elegant floral background. It is silky on palate, with a persistent fruity juiciness and a long and delicious aftertaste.
Variety	100% Chardonnay.
Yield	5-6000 kg / ha of both varieties.
Age of Vineyards	Moscatel and Chardonnay over 15 years old.
Soil	Stony, poor in organic matter. Limestone subsoil with a clay strip in the valley floor.[/
Altitude	650 mts.
Harvest Season	End of August 2013.
Vinification	Hand-picked harvest and subjected to a strict selection process in the cellar. Destemmed, pressed and debourbage before fermentation, each variety separately, under controlled temperature at 13 º C. Partial fermentation in new French oak wood barrel
