Vinification<\/th>\nIt shows the local variety, Tintorera in a perfect conjunction with our Syrah, really good adapted to our soil and climate. Maceration and fermentation medium 20 days, reaching temperatures till 30 \u00b0C in steel tanks. Alcoholic fermentation and malolactic occur naturally, the latter being in French oak fudres during 3-months.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n
