Vinification<\/th>\nIt is our reference wine because, it shows the local varieties, Tintorera and Monastrell, adapted to our soil and climate. Maceration and fermentation medium 20 days, reaching temperatures till 30 \u00b0 C in steel tanks. Alcoholic fermentation and malolactic occur naturally, the latter being 8 months in \u201cFrench oak fudres\u201d.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n
